Hello,

I’m Susan Kosco. In my fifteen years at Leadership Akron, I grew to love the the nonprofit community of Northeast Ohio and specifically Greater Akron! My experience in fundraising and serving on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Northeast Ohio) showed me that many fundraising professionals have a background in events and marketing, which serves them very well. However, I have found that managing data and efficient use of a platform for volunteer and donor management is a challenge for many nonprofit leaders and fundraisers. My previous experience serving as a liaison between the IT department and human resources for a large organization gave me the technical skills to be able to understand how to best manage data and how to use existing technology. My goal with Dobrada Consulting is to help nonprofit organizations find and implement the best solution to manage their data to create the best experience for their clients, volunteers, donors, and staff.
